Our community center is available for rental! We welcome our space to the surrounding community for organizations, artists, individual events, and many others. Some of the past rentals have been baby showers, birthday parties, receptions, classes, meetings, and more.

Dunbar offers multiple spaces for events of any kind! All rooms are wheelchair accessible and our Gym has an attached kitchen.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can we consume alcohol during our reservation? No. We thank you for your full cooperation and understanding.
2. Can we hang decorations? Yes, you may use PAINTER'S TAPE ONLY to attach decorations to the wall. No glitter or confetti is allowed to keep the space as clean as possible. We thank you for your full cooperation and understanding.
3. Is a Security Deposit Required? Yes, a $100.00 Security Deposit in addition to 50% of the total rental fee is required at signing to secure your event date.
4. What time may I access the rental space? Access to Rental Space will be available at the event start time indicated in the contract and will conclude at the time indicated in the contract. These times include set-up and take-down.
5. Can I use an outside caterer and/or event planner? Yes.
6. How soon can I schedule a reservation? We request that reservations be made, at minimum, 30 days prior to your requested event date (if possible).
